3. Installation process:

Two, installation should be aware of a number of problems

1. The rubber ring should be adjusted in the groove of the mouth and rammed by hand.

2. When the water pipe needs to be cut and then installed, the socket end should be produced and processed into the appearance of a weld.

3. When installing the pipe in the bend section through the borrow corner of the pipe socket, install the pipe along the parallel line first and then turn it to the specified Angle of view. In the whole process of installation, a small block shall be used on both sides of the arc to stabilize the paved pipe body to prevent deviation.

4. In the whole process of installation, the pivot line of fixed and moving pipe should be on a parallel line, otherwise it is very easy to shoot the rubber ring and harm the installation.

5. Pipeline installation should be flat, the middle of the water pipe should be a parallel line, there is a skew, need to be from the low to the high level of pavement, will bear the mouth toward the high azimuth.

6. Point the socket of the connecting pipe to the socket, maintain the vertical position of the pipe, and insert a single galvanized steel wire rope into the road marking line at one time. If the friction resistance is too large, avoid forced insertion to prevent the rubber ring from being distorted.

7. When the pipeline installation and pavement project is finally broken, the branch pipe shall be closed with its cover to prevent dirt such as soil and sand from flowing into the pipeline.

Fill properly in the middle of each pipe before hydrostatic test.
